Booking your wedding cake should feel exciting, not stressful. Let me lead you through the whole journey — calm, personal and a little bit magical.

  1. 01

    Discovery Call

    A complimentary, no-obligation call to get to know each other. We’ll talk through your wedding theme, colours and any inspiration you have, chat flavours and dietary needs, and you can ask me anything about the process. It’s the loveliest place to start.

  2. 02

    Booking & Deposit

    To reserve your date, a booking fee secures your place in the diary — it’s deducted from your total, never an extra charge. The remaining balance is settled two months before your wedding day.

  3. 03

    The Design Process

    Every cake is bespoke — I never make replicas. On a relaxed design call (usually six to eight months before, over Zoom) we shape your design, colours and flowers, talk through your venue and styling your cake table, and choose the flavours you’d like to taste. You’ll then approve a detailed sketch before we go ahead.

  4. 04

    Tasting Box

    The best bit. A wedding cake tasting box (£25, including P&P) lets you choose six flavours from the menu, including a luxury flavour. Dessert-table tasting boxes are £30. Prefer to meet? Face-to-face design-and-tasting consultations are available some weekends for £45.

  5. 05

    Final Invoice & Contract

    You’ll receive a clear final invoice and contract covering your design, flavours, delivery and terms — so everything is agreed and nothing is left to chance. Final payment is due two months before the big day.

  6. 06

    Final Preparations

    About two weeks before, we’ll have a final catch-up by call or message to confirm every detail and finalise delivery — just peace of mind before your day.

  7. 07

    Delivery & Setup

    On the day, I personally deliver and set up your cake at your venue, liaising with your team on timing so it’s picture-perfect before you arrive. One less thing for you to think about.

  8. 08

    After the Wedding

    Want to keep the top tier? I’ll provide a box to transport it safely and simple guidelines on how to store it, so you can enjoy a little of your cake again on your anniversary.
